Politics has taken over this blog, without my realizing it. I looked over at my tag cloud and saw that for the first time since I started writing, politics is outnumbering feminism. EEEEEEK!

SO, join me in my break from politics (until tonight's debate, at least) by jamming to some No Doubt!! Tragic Kingdom remains one of my favorite albums ever, so it's hard to pick a favorite. It all depends on my mood really, but here are the first two that popped into my head:

First up, we've got Different People. It's about the way people can learn from each other despite their many differences and I always took it to be a great anthem for sparking social change from our daily lives. I particularly love this song because of the second stanza about the sisters who are inseparable in the rare instances they get along. Accurately describes my relationship with one of my sisters while growing up. =)

And, of course, I had to include Just a Girl, one of my fave feminist anthems. No explanations needed here, just enjoy.
